- 概要
- The power of an authoring system to produce
interactive courseware varies from system to system.
Some systems can produce lessons that contain only
text. Other systems have templates for creating
multiple-choice and true-and-false questions. Still,
others provide advanced capabilities for animation,
simulation, free-form input, and answer analysis.
Selecting an authoring system that is powerful and
flexible enough to satisfy local needs and future
growth is becoming a complicated process. The
MacBalan model for producing objective and precise
measurements of the power and performance of
authoring systems is described. An animation task is
given as an example of the model's potential as a
tool for evaluating authoring systems along the
dimensions of functionality, flexibility, and
productivity.
