do additional work to support it. Second, there is a
decision-making failure that leads to ill-fated
development efforts, due to the lack of management
intuition for these applications. Third, there is a
failure to learn from actual experience because it
is extremely difficult to evaluate these
applications. Grudin suggests that we must be aware
of these problems if we are to overcome them.
