Abstract: It is relevant for users of a computerized
        information system to perceive the organizational
        context of collaborative work and corresponding
        information process. A theoretical framework for the
        realization of a context support system is
        presented, with four types of modules: images of
        information media; descriptions of jobs composed of
        task lattices; illustrations of physical work units;
        and visualizations of databases. Hypermedia is used
        as a potential implementation environment.
