- InVision is a project that focuses on improving
the coordination of work in a large organization by
modelling the knowledge and information needs of its
memebers. A "Yellow Pages" service is used to
indicate which individuals in the organization are
knowledgeable about particular parts. The model can
be exploited by a mail routing system to help direct
and filter messages that potentially affect
individuals in a wide range of jobs.
