- 概要
- The Nick experiment was an empirical study
conducted to explore and increase the understanding
of prototype meeting support technology usage by
software design teams working on unstructured,
high-level design problems. The paper interprets
the experimental data, and accounts for interactions
among the three main effects of technology, team and
task. The salient findings were: 1) the electronic
messaging facility emerged as a potentially
effective way for group members to attain more
equality and to influence the direction of the
meetings; and 2) group focus and attention on
completing the task was increased for groups using
an electronic blackboard.
