Abstract: This paper disucsses five issues as examples of
        the kinds of issues that organizations may face in
        their attempts to successfuly implement
        computer-supported work: training, dissemination,
        hierarchical vs network communications, centralized
        vs decentralized decision making, and work sharing
        between different technologies and systems.
